  • Halte 24-7 offers workspaces for a professional business clientele coming from Montreal, its surroundings and abroad.
  • The space includes dedicated desks, private offices, hotspot desks, many conference rooms, a lounge and a business patio.
  • We are welcoming everyday more than hundred of members coming from more than fifty different businesses.
  • Halte 24-7 is currently looking for an employee to be the first contact that the customers have with the space.


Work schedule

Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm or 5 pm to 10 pm.


    Job description

    • Welcome the space’s members and their visitors
    • Manage the different requests that the members may have and any other service related
    • Make recommendations to the managers of the space in order to improve the client experience.
    • Manage the conference rooms reservations and compile the usage statistics
    • In charge of the billing and of the follow up regarding the payments to be received
    • Manage the purchases and stocks of the space
    • From time to time, assist in the coordination of external events held at la Halte 24-7
    • Assist in the promotion of internal events directly to the members
    • Any other task related to the development plan of the enterprise according to the skills of the employee


    Wanted profile

    • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales or client service or any other domain of expertise related to the position (an asset)
    • Professionalism
    • Reliability, open mindness and emphasis on proactivity
    • Social skills
    • Capacity of adaptation and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a customer oriented manner (essential)
    • Mastering French and English language, both spoken and written (essential)
    • Mastering Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) (essential)
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales or client service or any other domain of expertise related to the postion (an asset)

    Modality of employment

    • Salary according to the employee’s professional experience
    • Commission on the raw sales of the conference rooms (to be discussed)
    • Possibility of promotion in the business within 12 to 18 months
    • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm or from 5 pm to 10 pm.
