Last week, on Thursday, March 21st, during lunchtime, we offered a wellness session to our members with a yoga class led by instructor Caroline Mousserin.
What are the benefits of practicing yoga?
Known for its challenging poses that require some flexibility, yoga is primarily a meditative and spiritual discipline. After a stressful day spent sitting at a desk, there's nothing better than yoga! In addition to being a physical activity that combines strength and discipline, yoga requires concentration and attentive listening. It's the perfect way to clear your mind and stretch your legs after work!
Caroline Mousserin's teaching
For Caroline, yoga is more than just gymnastics. For over 6 years, it has been a way to fully experience every moment, to ensure autonomy both physically and emotionally or spiritually. She completed her certification in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teaching at the Yoga Sangha center in 2022 with Sylvie Tremblay. Additionally, she is trained in meditation, yoga therapy, Yin Yoga, and pre and postnatal yoga.

Due to the tremendous success of the activity and the quick booking of spots, we are considering organizing a bi-monthly or monthly session for our members.
