To close our Advent calendar, we hosted an end-of-day cocktail event for our members on Thursday, December 19th.

Martin prepared delicious festive cocktails and went from floor to floor to surprise members directly in their offices. After these long weeks of work, this moment of relaxation was well-deserved.

Among the cocktails offered, the pear Bellini was a standout hit. This classic Italian cocktail, created by Giuseppe Cipriani at Harry’s Bar in Venice in 1948, is traditionally made with white peach nectar and prosecco. For the occasion, we added an original twist with pear, a juicy and sweet fruit that brings a new dimension to this refined drink while maintaining its elegance and freshness.

Members were delighted to enjoy these delicious and festive cocktails, which added an extra touch of magic to the end of a busy year.
