Join the Monthly Halte Physical Challenge!

Every month, Halte 24-7 Coworking organizes a sports challenge for its members, an ideal opportunity to come together and work out as a team! It's a real challenge for the Halte community to come together and engage in a sports activity.

Last month, we organized a race at Lafontaine Park, which took place on September 21. This month, members gathered at the reception at noon for a jogging session. At the park, members can train at their own pace, depending on the time they have during their work breaks.

Group sports offer many benefits for mental health and well-being at work:

  • Team Spirit: Group sports promote team spirit. Team members are encouraged to work together to achieve a common goal, whether it's scoring a goal, winning a game, or finishing a race. This collaboration strengthens the bonds among participants.
  • Motivation: Group sports can be a source of motivation. Commitment to other group members can help maintain the regularity of training, even when personal motivation is low.
  • Socialization: Participating in group sports activities offers many opportunities to meet new people and expand one's social circle. This can help combat social isolation and create lasting friendships.
  • Support and Encouragement: Training teammates can provide essential moral support. When you feel tired or doubt your abilities, the encouragement of other group members can help you push your limits.
  • Self-Improvement: Healthy competition within a group can stimulate the desire to excel. Whether it's achieving a better time, scoring more points, or mastering a new skill, group sports encourage personal improvement.
  • Balance between Fun and Health: Group sports activities allow you to combine fun and health. By engaging in an activity you enjoy within a group, you enhance your physical and mental well-being, which will also make you feel better at work.
  • Stress Reduction: Group sports are an excellent way to reduce stress. Physical activity releases endorphins, which help improve mood and reduce stress. Furthermore, social interaction within the group promotes relaxation and well-being.
