For two weeks, several restaurants in the Montreal area will amiably compete to offer their unique version of the famous poutine. Awards will be given, including the "people's choice" and the "jury's choice," on the dedicated event website.
It's the perfect opportunity to explore a variety of original poutines and discover new flavors.
This initiative was launched 11 years ago by Na'eem Adam and Thierry Rassam, who sought to determine the best burger and poutine in the city. Today, Poutine Week has become a nationally recognized event, delighting the taste buds of Canadians.
On February 6th, our members gathered in our kitchen to celebrate Poutine Week. We set up a service bar featuring, of course, fries, cheese, and sauce from Ma Poule Mouillée! The activity was a great success, with over thirty members present. Our kitchen was bustling at every moment.
