In bringing together professionals from different backgrounds, coworking spaces can lead to unexpected collaborations! This is what happened this summer between two teams members of Halte 24-7 Coworking.
Panorama Digital and SR, Service de Remplacement de Montréal
SR is a non-profit organization that offers its expertise in the field of replacement services in the early childhood sector and actively participates in the ongoing training of this network. A member of Halte 24-7 Coworking since 2020, the organization occupies a private office as well as three dedicated desks in open space. As for Panorama Digital, it is a company that strategically guides organizations of all sizes in digital technology to help them in their development and growth. The members of Panorama Digital, who have been at Halte 24-7 since last spring, have opted for the annual unit bank which better reflects their needs.
A meeting and collaboration made possible by Halte 24-7's network:
SR and Panorama Digital teams got to know each other in the last few months through Olivier Berthiaume, co-owner of the Halte 24-7. SR was facing manpower difficulties and was looking for support in its search for financing.
The two teams met several times at the Halte's premises to implement their collaboration.
"The results are beyond our expectations," explains Carolanne Lavoie-Pilon of Panorama Digital. "It's always a pleasure to run into them at the coworking, whether it's to talk about our collaboration or just to chat over lunch," adds Carolanne about the members of SR.
These impressions are shared by Valérie Ménard, director of SR: "Excellent collaboration indeed. At Panorama Digital, the SR team found "professional people who always listened and understood the DNA of our organization." "What a pleasure that SR's image is represented primarily by a company like Panorama!" concludes Valérie.
The most recent in a long list of professional collaborations born at Halte 24-7 Coworking, it certainly won't be the last!
